  • 3 - coriander
  • 1 tsp - coriander
  • 2 tbsp - Garlic
  • 1 inch - Ginger
  • 1/2 tsp - Cumin seeds
  • 2 stalks - Lemon grass
  • 1 tsp - Lime peels
  • 1 tsp - pepper powder
  • 2 tsp - shrimp paste

  • Deseed the red chillies and chop them.
  • Powder the coriander seeds.
  • Finely chop garlic, lemon grass, coriander leaves, lemon peels, and ginger.
  • Add the shrimp paste and grind all the ingredients into a fine paste.
