  • 2 tbsp - Garlic
  • 1 inch - Ginger
  • 1/2 tsp - Cumin seeds
  • 2 stalks - Lemon grass
  • 1 tsp - Lime peels
  • 1 tsp - pepper powder
  • 2 tsp - shrimp paste
