  • 2 cups - Red chori puree
  • 1/4 cup - roasted semolina
  • 1/2 cup - quick cooking oats
  • 1/4 cup - Rice flour
  • Salt
  • 1 tsp - Cumin seeds
  • Oil
  • How to Make Red Chori(Karamani) and Oats Dosa:

    1. In a large bowl, blend the red chori puree, roasted semolina, quick cooking oats and rice flour as dosa batter.
    2. Keep it aside for half an hour.
    3. In a pan pour a ladle of this batter, drizzle the oil and cook on both sides until the dosa gets well cooked..
    4. Serve hot.
