How to Make Red Chutney

  • Grind coconut, red chillies, ginger, onion and tamarind to a fine paste.
  • Heat oil and add curry leaves, mustard, and one red chilly.
  • Add this to the chutney mixture.
  • Add salt and mix well.
  • This chutney can be served with idlis and hot dosas.
