Ingredients

  • 1 bunch - fresh red spinach or green (red spinach tastes better)
  • 2 tsp - grated fresh coconut
  • 2 tsp - oil
  • 1 tsp - mustard seeds
  • 2 - curry leaves
  • 3 - garlic flakes
  • 1/2 tsp - turmeric powder
  • 1.5 tsps - Chilli powder
  • Salt
  • Oil

How to Make Red Green Spinach Curry

  • Chop spinach.
  • Heat oil in a pan and fry mustard seeds and curry leaves.
  • After the seasoning is done, add chopped spinach and salt.
  • Grind coconut, turmeric powder and chilli powder.
  • Add this into pan.
  • Put some garlic flakes onto pan.
  • Cover and simmer for a few minutes.
  • Serve this curry with hot rice.
