Ingredients

  • 1 cup - red kidney beans, soaked overnight
  • 1/2 cup - frozen corn
  • 1/4 cup - shredded carrot
  • 1/4 cup - shredded cabbage
  • 1/4 cup - finely minced onion
  • Salt
  • Garam masala powder (optional), a pinch
  • Red chilli powder or pepper powder, a pinch
  • 1 tsp - coriander leaves, chopped
  • 1 tsp - lime juice

How to Make Red kidney bean salad

  • Thaw frozen corn.
  • Pressure cook kidney beans for up to 4 whistles or until it turns soft.
  • Cool and drain water from red kidney beans.
  • In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together and serve.
