Ingredients

  • 1 cup - red kidney beans, soaked overnight
  • 1/2 cup - frozen Corn
  • 1/4 cup - shredded Carrot
  • 1/4 cup - shredded Cabbage
  • 1/4 cup - finely minced Onion
  • Salt
  • Garam Masala powder (optional), a pinch
  • Red Chilli powder or pepper powder, a pinch
  • 1 tsp - coriander leaves, chopped
  • 1 tsp - Lime juice
  • How to Make Red kidney bean salad:

    1. Thaw frozen corn.
    2. Pressure cook kidney beans for up to 4 whistles or until it turns soft.
    3. Cool and drain water from red kidney beans.
    4. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together and serve.
