How to Make

  • Mix all the ingredients together (except the fish and oil) with a little water.
  • Marinate the fish with this paste and keep aside for 1 hour.
  • Heat oil in a shallow pan and fry the fish on both sides till brown.
  • Use a little more oil if necessary.
  • Serve with bread or with rice.
