Ingredients

  • 1 kg - good fleshy fish cut into thick slices
  • 2 tsp - Ginger Garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp - Red Chillies powder
  • 1 tsp - cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp - spice powder or Garam Masala
  • 1 tsp - coriander powder
  • Salt
  • 6 tbsp - oil
  • 2 tbsp - Vinegar
  • How to Make Red Masala Fried Fish:

    1. Mix all the ingredients together (except the oil) with a little water.
    2. Marinate the fish with this paste and keep aside for 1 hour.
    3. Heat oil in a shallow pan and fry the fish on both sides till brown.
    4. Use a little more oil if necessary.
    5. Serve with bread or with Rice.
