Ingredients

  • 50 g - Red Chillies
  • 2 tbsp - Coriander seeds
  • 1 tbsp - cumin
  • 1 tbsp -black pepper
  • 1 tsp - Ginger
  • 1 tsp - Garlic
  • 1 tsp - salt
  • 1 tsp - Sugar
  • 3 to 4 - Cloves
  • 1 stick - Cinnamon
  • 1 big - Onion
  • A small ball of Tamarind
  • How to Make Red Masala:

    1. Grind all of the above ingredients with a little vinegar to make a smooth paste.
    2. Do not add water.
    3. Red masala is ready and can be stored in the refrigerator for a month or more.
