Ingredients

  • 50 g - red chillies
  • 2 tbsp - coriander seeds
  • 1 tbsp - cumin
  • 1 tbsp -black pepper
  • 1 tsp - ginger
  • 1 tsp - garlic
  • 1 tsp - salt
  • 1 tsp - sugar
  • 3 to 4 - cloves
  • 1 stick - cinnamon
  • 1 big - onion
  • A small ball of tamarind

How to Make Red Masala

  • Grind all of the above ingredients with a little vinegar to make a smooth paste.
  • Do not add water.
  • Red masala is ready and can be stored in the refrigerator for a month or more.
