  • Bafath Powder - 2 tsp
  • Garlic powder - 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil

How to Make Red Potato

  • Peel and cut the potatoes into small cubes.
  • In a pan, heat the oil and add potatoes, bafath powder, garlic powder and salt.
  • Cook on low flame till the potatoes are done.
  • Serve hot with rice, daal and papad.
