Ingredients

  • Potatoes - 2
  • Bafath Powder - 2 tsp
  • Garlic powder - 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil
  • How to Make Red Potato:

    1. Peel and cut the potatoes into small cubes.
    2. In a pan, heat the oil and add potatoes, bafath powder, garlic powder and salt.
    3. Cook on low flame till the potatoes are done.
    4. Serve hot with rice, daal and papad.
