  • 2 cups - red radish, chopped
  • 1 cup - spinach, chopped
  • 1 - onion, large and chopped
  • 2 - green chillies, slit opened
  • Few Curry leaves
  • 1 tsp - Mustard Seeds + black gram
  • 2 - dry red chillies, broken
  • 1/4 cup - grated Coconut
  • Salt
  • Oil
  • How to Make Red Radish and Spinach Stir-fry:

    1. Heat enough oil, fry the mustard seeds, urad dal, broken dry red chillies, few curry leaves, simultaneously add onions, green chillies, saute until the onions turns translucent.
    2. Then add red radish, salt, and cook everything for few minutes until the red radish get partially cooked.
    3. Now add the chopped spinach, and simmer until the vegetables are cooked..
    4. Finally add the grated coconut, give a quick stir.
    5. Serve warm.
