Ingredients

  • 2 cups - red radish, chopped
  • 1 cup - spinach, chopped
  • 1 - onion, large and chopped
  • 2 - green chillies, slit opened
  • Few curry leaves
  • 1 tsp - mustard seeds + black gram
  • 2 - dry red chillies, broken
  • 1/4 cup - grated coconut
  • Salt
  • Oil

How to Make Red Radish and Spinach Stir-fry

  • Heat enough oil, fry the mustard seeds, urad dal, broken dry red chillies, few curry leaves, simultaneously add onions, green chillies, saute until the onions turns translucent.
  • Then add red radish, salt, and cook everything for few minutes until the red radish get partially cooked.
  • Now add the chopped spinach, and simmer until the vegetables are cooked..
  • Finally add the grated coconut, give a quick stir.
  • Serve warm.
