Ingredients

  • 1 bunch - red radish
  • 1 - Green chilli
  • 1 cup - Yoghurt
  • 1/2 tsp - Sugar
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander leaves a few
  • For tempering
  • 1 tbsp - Olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp - Mustard Seeds
  • How to Make Red radish raita:

    1. Wash and grate radish. Chop chilli and coriander leaves. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
    2. Heat oil in a small kadai, add mustard seeds.
    3. When they splutter, add this to the bowl and mix.
