Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg - Red radish, peeled and chopped into medium sized pieces
  • 2 - Red chillies broken into small pieces.
  • 6-8 -Curry leaves
  • 1 tsp - Cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp - Chilly powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp - Oil.

How to Make Red Radish Side Dish

  • Heat oil in a pan and saute the curry leaves, cumin seeds and red chillies for a minute.
  • Then add the red radish pieces, chilly powder and salt and mix well. Add 1 cup of water.
  • Cover and cook on medium heat until the radish is cooked.
  • Serve as a side dish with rice or any Indian bread.
