Ingredients

  • 200 gms - red snapper fillet (a kind of fish, you can use any other fish also)
  • 200 gms - chilli paste
  • 10 gms - Tomato puree
  • 15 ml - Lemon juice
  • 5 gms - Garlic
  • 2 gms - salt
  • 2 gms - white pepper
  • 5 gms - cumin powder
  • 10 ml - Olive oil
  • 1 Red Chilli
  • 5 gms - Parsley
  • For the sauce:
  • 15 ml - Lemon juice
  • 5 gms - garlic5 gms - parsley; chopped
  • 10 ml - Olive oil
  • 2 gms - salt
  • How to Make Red snapper fillet:

    1. Cut the fillet into bite-sized portions and marinate with chopped garlic, cumin powder, lemon juice, chilli paste, tomato paste, salt, pepper and oil.
    2. Leave it marinated for 15 mins.
    3. Cook the fish on a charcoal grill for 3 mins. on either side
    4. For lemon sauce: Blend all the ingredients for the sauce together.
    5. Serve hot with lemon sauce on the side.
