Ingredients

  • 200 gms - red snapper fillet (a kind of fish, you can use any other fish also)
  • 200 gms - chilli paste
  • 10 gms - Tomato puree
  • 15 ml - Lemon juice
  • 5 gms - Garlic
  • 2 gms - salt
  • 2 gms - white pepper
  • 5 gms - cumin powder
  • 10 ml - Olive oil
  • 1 Red Chilli
  • 5 gms - Parsley
  • For the sauce:
  • 15 ml - Lemon juice
  • 5 gms - garlic5 gms - parsley; chopped
  • 10 ml - Olive oil
  • 2 gms - salt

How to Make Red snapper fillet

  • Cut the fillet into bite-sized portions and marinate with chopped garlic, cumin powder, lemon juice, chilli paste, tomato paste, salt, pepper and oil.
  • Leave it marinated for 15 mins.
  • Cook the fish on a charcoal grill for 3 mins. on either side
  • For lemon sauce: Blend all the ingredients for the sauce together.
  • Serve hot with lemon sauce on the side.
