Ingredients

  • 1 cup - Refried beans or any other cooked beans
  • 1/2 cup - Grated Carrot
  • 1/4 cup - Sweet Corn
  • 1/4 cup - Celery (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup - Red bell pepper (chopped)
  • 1 - Big Tomato (chopped)
  • 3 tbsp - Greek yogurt
  • Pepper powder
  • Salt
  • 5 - Flour tortillas
  • How to Make Refried Beans and Veggies Salad Wrap:

    1. Heat a pan, drop the tortillas one by one, cook them on low heat for a few seconds on both sides and keep aside.
    2. Mix together the vegetables, Greek yogurt, pepper powder and salt, give a quick stir and keep aside.
