Ingredients

  • 1 packet - Instant tomato soup
  • 1 tsp - Butter
  • A few - Mint leaves
  • 1 tsp - Sambar masala powder
  • 1 tsp - Cinnamon-clove powder
  • 2 tsp - Cheese, grated
  • A few coriander leaves
  • 1 - flake of garlic, crushed

How to Make Reinforced Tomato Soup

  • Use one packet of instant thick tomato soup.
  • Pour contents into a large deep vessel and dissolve contents in water as per packet.
  • Heat 1 tsp butter in a pan. Add 3-4 mint leaves, garlic, cinnamon-clove powder and sambar masala powder.
  • Add dissolved soup contents to pan, stirring continuously till it starts Boiled.
  • Simmer for a few minutes and garnish with a tsp of grated cheese and chopped coriander.
  • Serve hot.
