  • Red Onions - 250 g
  • Red Malt - 100 ml
  • Vinegar - 100 ml
  • Salt - 1.5 tsp
  • How to Make Restaurant style Red Onion Pickle:

    1. Peel onions. Make a cross cut on them, leaving the bottom part of the onion intact.
    2. If you have smaller onions, you could use them as one piece after peeling.
    3. Put them in a dry sterilized bottle, pour malt, vinegar and salt.
    4. Close tightly, stir and leave for 12 hours.
    5. Drain vinegar, leaving a little at the bottom only.
    6. It is ready to use.
