Ingredients

  • 2 cups - plain Rice
  • 1/2 cup - Toor Dal
  • 1/2 cup - Channa dal
  • 1/2 cup - moong dal
  • 10 to 15 - Curry leaves
  • 4 to 5 - Green chillies
  • 2 - medium onions, finely chopped
  • Salt - to taste
  • Oil - 2 tbsp
  • How to Make Rice Adai Dosa:

    1. Soak rice and dal together for 4-5 hours. Transfer it to a blender.
    2. Also add chillies and curry leaves and grind into a fine dosa batter.
    3. Add salt as per taste and chopped onions.
    4. Heat tawa, season with oil and prepare dosas.
