  • 1 litre - milk
  • 8 tbsp - sugar
  • 1 tsp - cardamom powder
  • 1/4 cup - dry fruits
  • 3/4 cup - rice powder
  • 1 tbsp - ghee
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 cup - water

How to Make Rice Ball Kheer

  • Take milk in a pan and let it simmer till it reduces to half.
  • Add 4 tbsp sugar to the milk along with cardamom powder and dry fruits. Stir and let it cool.
  • In another pan, boil water. Add salt and ghee and mix till it melts.
  • Then add rice powder and sugar.
  • Cover and cook for 2 mins.
  • Cool and shape the mixture into balls with a pinch of food colour.
  • Boil water in a vessel and add the rice balls to it one at a time.
  • After 5 mins, add the milk with cardamom powder and dry fruits.
  • Chill and serve.
