  • 1 litre - Milk
  • 8 tbsp - Sugar
  • 1 tsp - Cardamom powder
  • 1/4 cup - dry fruits
  • 3/4 cup - Rice powder
  • 1 tbsp - Ghee
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 cup - water
  • How to Make Rice Ball Kheer:

    1. Take milk in a pan and let it simmer till it reduces to half.
    2. Add 4 tbsp sugar to the milk along with cardamom powder and dry fruits. Stir and let it cool.
    3. In another pan, boil water. Add salt and ghee and mix till it melts.
    4. Then add rice powder and sugar.
    5. Cover and cook for 2 mins.
    6. Cool and shape the mixture into balls with a pinch of food colour.
    7. Boil water in a vessel and add the rice balls to it one at a time.
    8. After 5 mins, add the milk with cardamom powder and dry fruits.
    9. Chill and serve.
