  • 1.5 cup - Rice flour
  • 1/2 cup - grated Coconut
  • Salt as per taste
  • 2 - green chillies, chopped finely
  • 1 tbsp - chopped Coriander leaves
  • 1 tbsp - Ghee
  • How to Make Rice Bread:

    1. Mix all the ingredients.
    2. Make a soft pliable dough by adding required amount of water.
    3. Keep the dough covered for one hour.
    4. Make ping pong ball sized lumps of dough
    5. Dust with a dry flour and roll out to a 6-inch diameter, smoothening all the lumps.
    6. Heat a heavy griddle
    7. Place the bread on it
    8. Allow one side to cook till brown golden patches appear.
    9. Turn and repeat for other side.
    10. Drizzle some oil and flip
    11. Drizzle oil on other side.
    12. Sizzle till done
    13. Serve hot
