Ingredients

  • 1.5 cup - rice flour
  • 1/2 cup - grated coconut
  • Salt as per taste
  • 2 - green chillies, chopped finely
  • 1 tbsp - chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 tbsp - ghee

How to Make Rice Bread

  • Mix all the ingredients.
  • Make a soft pliable dough by adding required amount of water.
  • Keep the dough covered for one hour.
  • Make ping pong ball sized lumps of dough
  • Dust with a dry flour and roll out to a 6-inch diameter, smoothening all the lumps.
  • Heat a heavy griddle
  • Place the bread on it
  • Allow one side to cook till brown golden patches appear.
  • Turn and repeat for other side.
  • Drizzle some oil and flip
  • Drizzle oil on other side.
  • Sizzle till done
  • Serve hot
