Ingredients

  • 1 cup - shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 - eggs
  • 2 cups - cooled cooked Rice
  • 1 tsp - salt
  • 3/4 cup - bread crumbs
  • Oil
  • How to Make Rice Cheese Balls:

    1. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients except oil and keep 1/2 cup bread crumbs aside.
    2. Form balls and roll them in bread crumbs and fry in hot oil till they turn golden brown.
    3. Serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
