Ingredients

  • Sour Cream - 1 cup
  • Rice flour - 2 to 3 cups
  • Green chillies - 3 to 4 (or according to taste)
  • Salt - according to taste
  • Jeera - 1 tbsp
  • Oil - 2 tbsp

How to Make Rice Flour Chakli

  • Grind the green chillies to paste and take it in a bowl.
  • Add rice flour to the chilli paste, jeera and salt.
  • Add the sour cream to it little by little and knead it well with the chakli maker.
  • Deep fry them in oil until they turn it into light golden brown.
  • Enjoy it an easy evening snack.
