Mix the rice flour in bolling water thoroughly & remove from fire
Knead dough for paranthe keep aside.
Add above all ingredients in besan & make thick batter with water, keep aside.
Make small balls for rice dough & roll two separate rotis from this.
Grease the hot tawa & place one roti & spread besan batter on it, than put second roti on it, when one side is cooked turn & cook the other side, spread ghee, remove when both side turn a silight pinkish tint.
Serve hot with Sabji or Curd.
