Ingredients

  • 2 cups - yogurt, slightly sour
  • 2 cups - rice flour
  • 1 - onion
  • 2 - chillies
  • 1 tbsp - jeera
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp - oil
  • coriander leaves
  • curry leaves

How to Make Rice Flour Roti

  • Mix all ingredients, knead like roti dough.
  • Heat the dosa pan, divide the dough into lemon-sized balls, and place a ball on it.
  • Press it with your hands to make a thin roti.
  • Add oil, roast it till golden brown on both sides.
  • Repeat for all.
