Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup - uncooked Rice grains
  • For Meatballs:
  • 1/2 kg - ground Meat
  • 1 - egg, beaten
  • 1 - onion, chopped finely
  • 1 tbsp - cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp - Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/8 tsp - Garlic powder
  • Salt as per taste
  • Pepper as per taste
  • How to Make Rice Meatballs:

    1. Wash and soak rice for 5-6 hours.
    2. Drain it and keep aside on a plate.
    3. Mix all the ingredients for meat ball. Make small balls.
    4. Roll the balls over the rice so they are completely coated with it.
    5. Place the meatballs in a steamer.
    6. Steam the meatballs for 30 minutes.
    7. Remove and serve hot.
