  • 2 cups - boiled Rice
  • 4-5 - Green chillies
  • 1 inch piece - Ginger
  • salt to taste
  • 1 cup - Methi leaves
  • oil for frying
  • How to Make Rice Methi Adai:

    1. Soak the boiled rice for 2 hours. Clean and grind to a fine paste after adding all the ingredients, except the methi leaves.
    2. Leave for about 7-8 hours to ferment.
    3. Add the methi leaves.
    4. Heat a tawa on medium heat and spread the batter like when making dosa. Fry until done.
    5. Serve with chutney.
