How to Make Rice Methi Adai

  • Soak the boiled rice for 2 hours. Clean and grind to a fine paste after adding all the ingredients, except the methi leaves.
  • Leave for about 7-8 hours to ferment.
  • Add the methi leaves.
  • Heat a tawa on medium heat and spread the batter like when making dosa. Fry until done.
  • Serve with chutney.
