Ingredients

  • 2 cups - cooked Rice
  • 2 - Simla green mirchi
  • 1 - Simla red mirchi
  • 1 - yellow mirchi
  • 2 - big Onions
  • 2 - boiled Potatoes
  • 3 cubes - cheese
  • Coriander and Mint leaves for garnishing
  • Green chillies - 1 tsp
  • Ginger- Garlic paste - 1 tbsp
  • Oil -3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste.

How to Make Rice vegetable bake

  • Grind green chillies, coriander, mint, half Simla mirchi, ginger garlic paste.
  • Fry and cut boiled potatoes and sprinkle little salt on it. Keep aside.
  • Pour 1 tsp oil in the pan and fry onions till it is half cooked. Keep aside.
  • Now put butter and saute and mix the cooked rice and keep it aside.
  • Pour oil, fry the remaining smile mirchi and the ground masala.
  • Fry till the oil separates. Then add onion, fried potatoes and let it cook for about 1-2 mins.
  • Now add the rice and salt as required and let cook for a while.
  • After it is cooked, serve with grated cheese and fried onions.
