Ingredients

  • 16 0z - ricotta cheese
  • 1 tin - sweetened condensed Milk
  • 1/4 lb - unsalted Butter
  • 1/4 cup - cut Almonds & Pistachios
  • How to Make Ricotta Cheese Burfi:

    1. Melt butter in a deep frying pan.
    2. Add ricotta cheese
    3. Mix for about 2-3 minutes
    4. Add condensed milk.
    5. Heat the whole mixture for 30- 35 min over low heat.
    6. Stir every 7-8 minutes
    7. Add almond & pistachios.
    8. Pour this into a deep plate.
    9. Cut into diamond shaped pieces.
