Ingredients

  • 2 cups - ridge gourd, peeled and cubed
  • 1/2 - onion, chopped fine
  • 1/2 cup - tomato, finely chopped
  • 2 tsp - cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp - turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp - coriander powder
  • 1/2 tbsp - cumin powder
  • 1/4 tsp - garam masala
  • Chilli powder - 1 tsp
  • Coriander - for garnishing
  • Oil - 2 tbsp
  • Salt - to taste

How to Make Ridge Gourd Sabzi

  • Heat oil in a pan and temper cumin seeds.
  • Add onion, saute for a few minutes, then add tomato.
  • Add all the spice powder and ridge gourd.
  • Add a little water and cook till it reaches desired consistency.
