Ingredients
- 2 cup - mango pulp
- 1/3 cup or to taste - sugar
- 1 cup - thick fresh cream
- 6 tbsp - beaten till smooth mixed fruit jam
How to Make Rippled Mango Ice cream
- Dissolve sugar in mango pulp. Chill in the refrigerator.
- Whip the cream over a bowl of ice till thick. Add to mango pulp.
- Freeze till half set. Beat the mixture till fluffy. Drizzle with jam to get a ripple effect. Freeze till firm.
