Ingredients

  • 10 - skinless Drumsticks
  • 3 tbsp - non-fat yogurt
  • 2 tsp - garlic-ginger paste
  • 1 tsp - chilli powder (you can put according to your taste)
  • 1 tsp - Garam Masala powder
  • 1.5 tsp - Tandoori BBQ masala
  • 1 tsp - priya non veg curry paste
  • 1/4 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp - Oil
  • Salt - to taste

How to Make Roasted Chicken Drumsticks

  • Mix all the ingredients, marinate drumsticks in mixture for at-least 3-4 hours.
  • Preheat oven at 400 degrees F.
  • Roast drumsticks for 30 minutes or till chicken is done.
  • Chop one onion in round pieces, then separate the rings.
  • Mix a little vinegar, salt, chat masala, chilli powder and black pepper and serve it with hot roasted chicken.
