Ingredients

  • 2 - whole Chicken breasts, skinned, boned, and halved
  • 2 tsp - Olive oil
  • 1 - Garlic clove, minced
  • 1/4 tsp - dried Oregano
  • 1/4 tsp - dried Tarragon
  • How to Make Roasted Chicken With Olive Oil:

    1. Remove skin from chicken breasts and bone.
    2. Combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano and tarragon.
    3. Pour over chicken.
    4. Marinate 20 minutes.
    5. Roast at 350 degrees C for 35 to 45 minutes or until done.
    6. Baste frequently during baking.
