Ingredients

  • 1 cup - cooked Chickpeas
  • 1/4 tsp - Kashmiri Red Chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp - Fennel seeds powder
  • 1/4 tsp - paprika powder
  • 1 - crushed Garlic pods
  • 1/2 tsp - cumin powder
  • 1/4 tsp - pepper powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp - oil
  • How to Make Roasted Chickpeas:

    1. Mix everything together and keep aside for half an hour.
    2. Arrange the mix as a single layer in a microwave safe plate and cook on high for 12-15 minutes (stir in between), don't cook for a long they may turn hard.
    3. Let it sit for few minutes before arranging in an air-tight box, continue the same process with the remaining spiced chickpeas.
