How to Make Roasted Lamb

  • Cut into the leg of lamb in a criss-cross manner. Mix all the ingredients
  • Marinate the meat with the above mixture.
  • Refrigerate for 10 hours.
  • Preheat the oven at 450 F.
  • Place the meat in the oven
  • Reduce the oven to 325 F.
  • Let the lamb bake for 2.5-3 hours till it is tender, basting often with the sauce in baking dish.
  • Serve with crunchy salad.
