  • 1 tin - condensed Milk
  • 1 litre - Milk
  • 25 g - china grass or gelatine
  • 1 tbsp - rose essence
  • How to Make Rose Milk Pudding:

    1. Mix condensed milk and milk together and boil.
    2. Soak china grass/gelatine in one cup of water for 10 minutes, then heat on low flame till it melts completely.
    3. Add the milk mixture and rose essence and simmer on low heat till the mixture thickens, stirring all the time.
    4. Pour into a suitable mould or dish and refrigerate till set.
    5. Serve plain or with fresh fruit.
