Ingredients

  • 1 tin - condensed Milk
  • 1 litre - Milk
  • 25 g - china grass or gelatine
  • 1 tbsp - rose essence

How to Make Rose Milk Pudding

  • Mix condensed milk and milk together and boil.
  • Soak china grass/gelatine in one cup of water for 10 minutes, then heat on low flame till it melts completely.
  • Add the milk mixture and rose essence and simmer on low heat till the mixture thickens, stirring all the time.
  • Pour into a suitable mould or dish and refrigerate till set.
  • Serve plain or with fresh fruit.
