Ingredients

  • 2 cups - Cold Milk
  • 1 tbsp - Rose syrup
  • Ice cubes
  • Sugar as per need
  • 1 tbsp - Agar agar powder
  • 1/4 cup - Caramel sauce (from store)
  • 1 tsp - Sugar
  • 2 tbsp - Water
  • How to Make Rose Milk With Caramel Jellies:

    1. Blend the ice cubes and cold milk together with sugar.
    2. Add the rose syrup and stir in until the syrup gets well mixed.
    3. Bring to boil the caramel sauce with agar agar powder, sugar and water.
    4. Stir until the agar agar powder gets well dissolved and pour gently in mould.
    5. Keep the mould for an hour in fridge.
