  • 2 cups - Cold milk
  • 1 tbsp - Rose syrup
  • Ice cubes
  • Sugar as per need
  • 1 tbsp - Agar agar powder
  • 1/4 cup - Caramel sauce (from store)
  • 1 tsp - Sugar
  • 2 tbsp - Water

How to Make Rose Milk With Caramel Jellies

  • Blend the ice cubes and cold milk together with sugar.
  • Add the rose syrup and stir in until the syrup gets well mixed.
  • Bring to boil the caramel sauce with agar agar powder, sugar and water.
  • Stir until the agar agar powder gets well dissolved and pour gently in mould.
  • Keep the mould for an hour in fridge.
