Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp - Rose syrup
  • 1 tbsp - Agar agar powder
  • 1 cup - water
  • 2 tsp - Sugar
  • A few drops - Rose water

How to Make Rose Syrup Jello

  • Bring to boil sugar and agar agar powder with water and simmer until they get dissolved.
  • Put off the stove, add the rose syrup and rose water and stir well.
  • Pour in ice cube tray and keep in fridge for at least 2 hours.
