  • 1/2 cup - Sago
  • 1/2 cup - rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp - Rose syrup
  • 2 cups - Milk
  • 1/2 cup - Sweetened condensed Milk
  • A few fried Cashew nuts and Raisins
  • 1 tsp - Ghee
  • 1/4 tsp - Cardamom powder
  • How to Make Rose Syrup, Sago and Oats Kheer:

    1. Cook the sago with enough water until it turns transparent, drain and keep aside.
    2. Bring to boil the milk and condensed milk together, then add the already cooked sago and rolled oats and simmer until the kheer gets slightly thickened.
    3. Immediately add the rose syrup, fried cashew nuts, fried raisins, ghee and cardamom powder, bring everything to boil and put off the stove.
