Ingredients

  • 2 - medium Potatoes
  • 1 tsp - salt
  • 1 tsp - ground black pepper
  • 3 tbsp - chopped Rosemary
  • 3 tbsp - oil

How to Make Rosemary potato

  • Peel and slice the potatoes.
  • Warm the oil in a non-stick pan and layer the sliced potatoes.
  • Sprinkle salt and cook until it turns light brown.
  • Turn it upside down and cook.
  • When it is almost done, mix black pepper and rosemary.
  • Serve hot with roti.
