  • 2 - medium Potatoes
  • 1 tsp - salt
  • 1 tsp - ground black pepper
  • 3 tbsp - chopped Rosemary
  • 3 tbsp - oil
  • How to Make Rosemary potato:

    1. Peel and slice the potatoes.
    2. Warm the oil in a non-stick pan and layer the sliced potatoes.
    3. Sprinkle salt and cook until it turns light brown.
    4. Turn it upside down and cook.
    5. When it is almost done, mix black pepper and rosemary.
    6. Serve hot with roti.
