  • 100 g - Sugar
  • 1 /4 tsp - rose essence
  • 2 to 3 drops - red food colouring
  • 2 to 3 - roasted Almond (powdered)
  • 250 g - curds
  • How to Make Rosy lassi:

    1. Take a pan, add 100 g of water, add the sugar and boil till the sugar melts.
    2. Switch off the gas, add colour and essence.
    3. When the syrup cools, add the curd and roasted almond powder.
    4. Add water if required and blend in a mixer.
    5. Rosy lassi is ready.
