  • 100 g - Sugar
  • 1 /4 tsp - rose essence
  • 2 to 3 drops - red food colouring
  • 2 to 3 - roasted Almond (powdered)
  • 250 g - curds

How to Make Rosy lassi

  • Take a pan, add 100 g of water, add the sugar and boil till the sugar melts.
  • Switch off the gas, add colour and essence.
  • When the syrup cools, add the curd and roasted almond powder.
  • Add water if required and blend in a mixer.
  • Rosy lassi is ready.
