Ingredients

  • 4 - soft rotis (prepared with milk)
  • 4 - Chicken breasts, cut into 1/2 inch strips
  • 6 - Capsicums
  • 1.5 tbsp - Garlic Cloves
  • 1/4 tsp - ground cumin
  • 1/4 tsp - dried Oregano
  • 2 tbsp - Vinegar
  • 200 ml - water
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • To garnish:
  • 2 - shredded Green chillies
  • 1 - chopped Onion
  • 1 - bunch of Spring onions
  • 1/2 tbsp - oil
  • How to Make Roti Chicken Rolls:

    1. Blend garlic, cloves, cumin powder, oregano, vinegar and water into a paste.
    2. Marinate the chicken in the paste for 2-3 hours.
    3. Heat some oil in a pan and stir fry the chicken over a high flame until tender.
    4. Place the chicken on the chapattis and make a roll.
    5. Saute the garnishing ingredients for a few seconds in very hot oil and scatter on top of the chicken rolls
