Ingredients

  • 4 - chapattis
  • 4 tbsp - creamy spread tomato twist
  • 75 gm - boiled vegetables (carrot, beans, peas, corn)
  • Salt and pepper

How to Make Roti Roll with Tomato Twist

  • Mix the boiled vegetables and 2 tbsp of creamy spread tomato twist.
  • Take 3 chapattis and heat it on a tawa.
  • Apply a little tomato twist on it.
  • Place the vegetables in the centre of the roti.
  • Sprinkle salt and pepper as required.
  • Fold the roti from both sides to make a roll and seal with toothpick. Wrap in a paper napkin and serve.
