Ingredients

  • 6 - rotis
  • Tomatoes chutney
  • 3 - Tomatoes
  • 1/2 tsp - Ginger
  • 1/2 tsp - Garlic
  • 1/4 tsp - Turmeric powder (haldi)
  • 1/2 tsp - Red Chilli
  • salt as per taste
  • 1/4 tsp - Jeera
  • How to Make Roti with Tomatoes:

    1. Add all the ingredients and mix them in a mixture.
    2. Place roti and apply a layer of chutney. Prepare the same with 3-4 layers.
    3. Heat the tava and pour 2 tbsp oil. When oil gets heated, cook rotis on sim.
    4. Flip and cook the other side of the rotis until light brown and crispy. Cut into pieces like cake and serve.
