Ingredients

  • 6 - rotis
  • Tomatoes chutney
  • 3 - tomatoes
  • 1/2 tsp - ginger
  • 1/2 tsp - garlic
  • 1/4 tsp - turmeric powder (haldi)
  • 1/2 tsp - red chilli
  • salt as per taste
  • 1/4 tsp - jeera

How to Make Roti with Tomatoes

  • Add all the ingredients and mix them in a mixture.
  • Place roti and apply a layer of chutney. Prepare the same with 3-4 layers.
  • Heat the tava and pour 2 tbsp oil. When oil gets heated, cook rotis on sim.
  • Flip and cook the other side of the rotis until light brown and crispy. Cut into pieces like cake and serve.
