Ingredients

  • whole Wheat flour - 2 cup
  • Oat bran - 4 tbsp
  • Wheat germ - 2 tsp
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • water to mix
  • How to Make Rotis:

    1. Combine all the ingredients and prepare dough as for chapathi.
    2. Keep covered for 15-20 minutes.
    3. Use to make rotis or Phulkas.
