Ingredients

  • whole Wheat flour - 2 cup
  • Oat bran - 4 tbsp
  • Wheat germ - 2 tsp
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • water to mix

How to Make Rotis

  • Combine all the ingredients and prepare dough as for chapathi.
  • Keep covered for 15-20 minutes.
  • Use to make rotis or Phulkas.
