Ingredients

  • chapatis 6 pcs
  • sour Curd 1 cup
  • Haldi 1/2 tspoon
  • mirchi powder 1 tspoon
  • Dhania powder 1.5 spoon
  • oil 1 tb spoon
  • Mustard Seeds 1/2 tspoon
  • salt to taste

How to Make Rotli Nu Saak

  • Heat the oil in a vessel add mustard seeds. Mix water in curds stir well add all the masalas in to that.
  • When mustard starts popping add the curd mixture to it keep stiring the mixture.
  • Make small pieces of chapattis and it to the mixture.
  • Dont forget to stir.
  • Allow to boil for 2 minutes. Your saak is ready.
  • Sprinkle coriander leaves (chopped) if required. Enjoy.
