  • chapatis 6 pcs
  • sour Curd 1 cup
  • Haldi 1/2 tspoon
  • mirchi powder 1 tspoon
  • Dhania powder 1.5 spoon
  • oil 1 tb spoon
  • Mustard Seeds 1/2 tspoon
  • salt to taste
  • How to Make Rotli Nu Saak:

    1. Heat the oil in a vessel add mustard seeds. Mix water in curds stir well add all the masalas in to that.
    2. When mustard starts popping add the curd mixture to it keep stiring the mixture.
    3. Make small pieces of chapattis and it to the mixture.
    4. Dont forget to stir.
    5. Allow to boil for 2 minutes. Your saak is ready.
    6. Sprinkle coriander leaves (chopped) if required. Enjoy.
