Ingredients

  • Green peas - 1/2 cup
  • Cashew nut - 1 tbsp
  • Coconut powder - 1.5 tbsps
  • Potato - 4, big size
  • Cornflour - 1 tbsp
  • Garam masala - 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Royal Golden Ball

  • Boil the potatoes, remove the skin and mash them. Mix salt and cornflour to it.
  • Boil the peas till soft.
  • Take 1 tsp oil and heat it and add cashewnut and coconut powder to it. Fry them a little bit.
  • Add peas and the masalas to it. Add salt and saute well.
  • Take the potato and divide them into equal portions (to make medium size balls).
  • Take one portion and add some filling in the centre.
  • Cover and fry them till golden brown .
  • Serve with green chutney or imli ki chutney or tomato sauce.
