Ingredients

  • 1 kg - keema
  • 30 g - of Butter
  • 250 gm - Garlic
  • salt to taste
  • How to Make Royale Keema:

    1. Wash the keema in warm water and drain the water. Put the keema in an open kadhai and let it simmer.
    2. The keema will sweat slowly and let the water dry out.
    3. Keep stirring. Add spoonful of water if required.
    4. Add the thickly grated garlic and keep stirring.
    5. Add the butter and keep stirring.
    6. After the concoction is brownish, add one cup of water and salt to taste.
    7. Let it simmer for 20 minutes.
    8. Serve hot.
