Ingredients

  • 1 kg - keema
  • 30 g - of Butter
  • 250 gm - Garlic
  • salt to taste

How to Make

  • Wash the keema in warm water and drain the water. Put the keema in an open kadhai and let it simmer.
  • The keema will sweat slowly and let the water dry out.
  • Keep stirring. Add spoonful of water if required.
  • Add the thickly grated garlic and keep stirring.
  • Add the butter and keep stirring.
  • After the concoction is brownish, add one cup of water and salt to taste.
  • Let it simmer for 20 minutes.
  • Serve hot.
