Boil the potatoes and cut them into 1.51.5 cubes. Cool completely.
Wash the vegetables and chop the French beans and carrots into 1.51.5 cubes.
Take water in a heavy bottomed vessel.
Add some salt to the water and keep to boil.
Once the water boils add the chopped French beans, carrots and green peas.
Boil on a medium flame till the vegetables are almost done.
Drain out the water if any and cool completely.
Cut the pineapple slice into 1.51.5 cubes.
In a bowl mixed the chopped potatoes, vegetables, pineapple, mayonnaise, pepper and little salt to taste. Mix lightly.
Keep in fridge to cool for an hour.
Trim the sides of the bread. Apply butter to the bread slices.
Spread about one to one and half tbsp of the vegetable mayonnaise mixture on a slice of bread.
Place another slice on top and press it lightly.
Cut diagonally into two halves.
Repeat same procedure with the other slices.
