How to Make Saag Murg Recipe

  • Heat oil. Add whole spices, saute for a while .
  • Add ginger, garlic, tomato pureed and onion paste. Saute till oil separates.
  • Now add red chilli powder, spinach puree and cook for a while.
  • Dilute maize flour and add to the gravy.
  • In another pan, add butter chillies finely chopped and chicken pieces and saute till brown.
  • Add these chicken pieces to the spinach gravy and kasuri methi too, cover and cook for 10 minutes on low flame.
