  • Nylon Sabudana 2 cups (fried)
  • Potato Sev 1/2 cup (if not available, grate Potatoes and deep fry till crisp, sprinkle salt)
  • Groundnuts (fried and powdered) 1/2 cup
  • Sweetened Curd as per taste
  • Green chutney of Coriander, Green Chillies, Salt to taste
  • Coriander leaves 1/2 cup (chopped) Sugar to taste

How to Make Sabudana Bhel

  • Toss all ingredients together. Sprinkle lime juice if required. Serve immediately.
