Ingredients

  • 200 g - sabudana
  • 25 g - ground nut
  • 1/4 cup - coriander leaf
  • 1 tsp - Lemon juice
  • a few Curry leaves
  • 1/4 tsp - Turmeric
  • 1/4 tsp - Mustard Seed
  • 2 tsp - oil
  • 1 - Onion
  • 2 - chilly
  • salt to taste
  • 300 ml - water
  • How to Make Sabudana Upma:

    1. Heat oil, pop mustard and add curry leaves, chilly and chopped onions.
    2. After a few minutes, add the powdered ground nut and turmeric powder.
    3. After 2 mins, add the sabudana into it.
    4. Add salt, coriander leaves and water. Mix well.
    5. Cook for 5 to 7 mins, add lemon juice and remove from flame.
